Crown Asset Management

To obtain maximum liquidation from most portfolios, litigation is a necessary step for most debt buyers. Legal action is ideal for accounts that have verified assets or employment but the account holder is unwilling to pay. Crown handles these accounts after initial collections efforts have failed.

Crown Asset Management has spent considerable time and effort building a legal network that encompasses all 50 of the United States. In many states where volume and recovery methods dictate, legal representation is spread between 2-4 different law firms. Crown believes in performing a true due diligence on all law firms before entering into a service agreement. Part of this due diligence includes an on-site visit to view proper personnel and information security measures. Crown has verified bar membership, longevity, and professional memberships as well as reviewing the outcome of counterclaims and suits filed against our attorneys. Every attorney in Crown’s network has passed due diligence, and no attorney has worked an account without first being subject to the same scrutiny as the others.

Crown Asset Management will manage the legal outsourcing for debt buyers and portfolio managers that do not have legal representation. Crown will place all accounts for litigation and manage the process and communications between the client and the law firm to insure all necessary steps are taken to obtain and collect on judgments. Crown will manage the entire litigation process from complaint through judgment. We manage the expenditure and disbursement of court costs, all media and backup requests, account placements and closures, affidavits and other documents, and payments, all the while keeping you, the client, updated every step of the way.

While legal costs vary from state to state, Crown will ease the accounting burden and manage all legal outsourcing at a flat rate for all states, similar to contingency collections. This rate does not include legal costs such as filing fees, court fees, service costs, etc. The benefit to the client is a lower negotiated rate with the attorneys by combining client account volume with Crown accounts. The negotiated rates are in most cases much lower than our clients can negotiate on their own.
