Upon graduation from Florida State University business school with a degree
in Finance, Mr. Williams immediately began his career in the financial services
industry. Mr. Williams began his financial career by obtaining his National Association
of Securities Dealers licenses and becoming a Registered Representative with Merrill
Lynch. He later left Merrill Lynch and began working for First Union National
Bank/First Union Securities in Atlanta, GA. At First Union he continued to expand
his focus in financial services to include investment advisory, consumer, and
commercial lending, and many other banking and investment services. For four years,
Mr. Williams was a consultant to another debt management company in many different
roles. He has overseen the raising of capital for purchasing receivables, as well
as establishing, managing, and cultivating client and vendor relationships. Since 2003, he has been directly involved in the purchase and sale
of more than $3,000,000,000 in receivables.
Rodney J. Fortune,

Mr. Fortune holds a B.S. Degree from Missouri Western State University and
a M.S. from Chaminade University of Hawaii. Following graduation Mr. Fortune served
five years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Investigator and was honorably
discharged in 1998 at the rank of Sergeant. Following his military service Mr.
Fortune served in various operational and management roles for a $300M
privately held corporation headquartered in Duluth, GA. Mr. Fortune has served
as a consultant to debt buying organizations since 1998, specializing in data
modeling, analysis, and forecasting. He was employed in a full time senior operations
role for another debt management company before joining Crown Asset
Management.

Mr. Riexinger is an attorney, licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
since 1986. He has an AV rating for attorneys in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest
rating granted to an attorney. In his first 12 years of practice, Mr. Riexinger
practiced in the areas of medical malpractice and workers’ compensation
defense. For the last 7-8 years Mr. Riexinger has concentrated in the areas of
general business law and litigation. For six years, Mr. Riexinger acted as Counsel
for debt asset management companies.

Mr. Terwoord has over 30 years of accounting, financial and management
experience. Mr. Terwoord began his career at Arthur Andersen and Co.,
followed by a controllership at a large Coca-Cola Bottling company. He
then spent 14 years in the automobile rental industry where he was Chief
Financial Officer of two publicly held companies, leading both through their
IPO’s. Mr. Terwoord also owned a manufacturing and distribution business
for seven years before entering the debt buying industry in 2005, where he
served as CFO of another debt buyer prior to joining Crown. Mr. Terwoord
is a CPA and MBA.

For
over 25 years Mr. Russo has maintained a visible presence within the risk
management industry and possesses significant operational experience as it
relates to the development of growth-oriented objectives relating to the
collection life-cycle. Having been associated with such firms as
Citicorp/Citibank, HSBC, PAYCO American (OSI), and Arrow Financial Services;
and most recently as Senior Vice President with Resurgence Financial, LLC of
Chicago, IL, Mr. Russo has developed an intuitive sense of the receivables
management and debt purchasing business and is able to take advantage of this
experience to successfully fast-track operational growth. As a creditable and experienced figure within the risk management
industry, Mr. Russo’s strength and leadership abilities are consistently
drawn upon to create scale and to manage various operational and
executive-level initiatives within the corporate dynamic. Mr.
Russo’s current responsibilities include the development, management and
facilitation of purchasing relationships with direct Issuers and the secondary
markets. He also manages the Company’s national resale platform, post sales
support, and National Litigation Management (NLM) activities, along with implementing
Crown Asset corporate brand awareness, marketing and general advertising
philosophy. Mr. Russo attended State University of New York at Fredonia.
At 47 years of age, he is a member of the board of directors of
an industry related software development company, an affiliate of many
national debt purchasing, trade and consultancy organizations and a resident
of the state of Connecticut
