DULUTH, GA – Crown Asset Management proudly announces newly elected CAM Founder and CEO, Brian K. Williams to the role of Treasurer on the RMAI Board of Directors. Elections took place during the RMAI Annual Conference at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, NV on February 7, 2024. 

Involvement on RMAI Board of Directors

Mr. Williams served as one of five Directors on the RMAI Board of Directors from 2021-2023. He then completed a year-long term as 2023-2024 Secretary on the RMAI Executive Board of Directors

In addition to his service on the Board of Directors, Mr. Williams has served on the RMAI State Legislative Committee as Georgia Co-Chair since 2015, the Federal Legislative Committee for the past two years, and Co-Chair of the Federal Legislative Fundraising Committee since 2022.

Crown Asset Management has been a member of RMAI since its founding in 2004, with multiple team members actively serving as committee members and speakers throughout the years. 

As CEO, Mr. Williams has helped oversee Crown Asset Management’s status with RMAI as a Certified Receivables Business, a certification which CAM has maintained since 2014. 

Crown Asset Management is a leading legislative fund donor for the association and long-time sponsor of various association events.

With significant experience raising capital since founding Crown Asset Management in 2004, Mr. Williams has been involved in the purchase and sale of over $10 billion of face value in receivables. Mr. Williams and the CAM team have extensive experience acquiring and managing distressed consumer receivables with industry-leading standards of compassion, compliance, and professionalism. His many years of experience will assist Mr. Williams in providing insight along with proven business and financial acumen to help continue to bolster the goals of RMAI. 

Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University – College of Business where he currently serves on the Board of Governors for the College of Business, the FSU Foundation Board of Trustees, and the Advisory Board for the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship.
