In addition to CAM’s rigorous vendor management and compliance program, servicers are subject to continuous review of their physical security, data security, information storage/access, licensing, training, insurance, consumer disputes/complaints handling, accounting practices, collection practices, and ongoing litigation. Following acquisition and post-purchase assessment, CAM places all accounts with third party servicers.
