Crown Asset Management, LLC (CAM), a receivables management and specialty finance firm in Duluth, GA, is proud to be a workshop sponsor of the upcoming Women in Consumer Finance conference. Bekah Luebcke, Lisa Rozzelle, and Leah Ri of CAM will be speaking at the in-person and virtual events. The conference is fast approaching; the in-person event will take place in Scottsdale, AZ from December 6-8, 2021 and the virtual conference will be from December 13-15, 2021.

Session: “Sorry, Not Sorry”

Bekah Luebcke, Director of Operations, and Lisa Rozzelle, Relationship Manager, will be speaking about overcoming unnecessarily apologizing or over-explaining decisions as women in business leadership. CAM is proud to have so many professional women on its team based on strong skills and competencies in what historically was once a male-dominated field. Lisa and Bekah have both been with CAM since 2017 and have each been in supervisory, management, or director roles or worked closely with executive leadership for nearly two decades.

Session: “Career Stages”

Leah Ri, Senior Financial Analyst, will also be speaking about entry-level career stages among other speakers sharing their experiences about middle and end career stages. As a successful and driven young professional, Leah will share her perspectives and influences. Leah graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University in 2016 and is actively involved in the Global Association of Women Leaders and Executives.

Relating for Growth

These workshops and the WCF conference will be a prime opportunity for attendees to communicate about some of the common challenges and opportunities they may encounter in the field as well as holistically as working women. Personal experiences are often relatable for others, and sharing insights gained can lead to greater growth personally and professionally as well as the building of strong friendships and communities.

See You There!

The CAM team looks forward to seeing fellow attendees in-person or virtually. In addition to the speakers mentioned above, also attending either the live or the virtual events will be Jessica Kagansky, Lisa Waldrop, Linda Dameron, Lana Taylor, Stephanie Schenking, Annie Gonzales, and Sarah Pittman.
